Contract of Sales:
We put quality at the forefront of everything we do. All of our goods more than comply with all the standards required by legislation. When shopping with us online, a Contract of Sale is made when you as the customer places your order and the contract shall be under English law. When you order on the website, you accept these terms and conditions.

Orders Deadline:
Our minimum order value is £65, all deliveries are free. We deliver to UK mainland only and will deliver on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. For delivery on Wednesdays, orders must be placed on Mondays before midnight. For delivery on Thursdays, orders must be placed on Tuesdays before midnight. For delivery on Fridays, orders must be placed on Wednesdays before midnight. Or you may choose your selected delivery day in advance.

Delivery Information:
Where possible we will deliver your order in our own refrigerated vans. Our drivers are all trusted members of our team and are held to very high standards. They work to strict regulations in order to make sure your meat delivery arrives with you safely and carefully. You have the option to specify any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we will endeavour to fulfill these requirements to the best of our abilities. When we are unable to send the order using our own vans due to location or workload your order will be sent using a trusted courier service.

Packaging:
We have considered how to pack your meats so that they arrive to you in the best possible condition. Most of your meat will be vacuum packed in a food-safe vacuum polythene pouch before being packed into one of our boxes. As soon as your order is cut and packed it is held in a refrigerated storage and is transported in a temperature controlled van. In the event of using an outside courier your order will be insulated and packed with ice packs to maintain temperature, our insulation and ice packing can maintain temperature for 36-48 hours but your order will be delivered well within that time.

Meat cuts and weights:
You are ordering a natural product that is cut by hand and although our butchers are very experienced we will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.

Unavailable items: 
Should one of our produce not be available, once you have made your transaction, we will contact you by your preferred method of communication, to recommend an alternative product, a different delivery date, or arrange a refund.

Cancellation and returns:
You cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed unless specifically agreed by ourselves, this is due to each order being cut and packed to order and being fresh and perishable.

Guarantee of Satisfaction:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt by telephone or email, we may ask you for photographic evidence of your claim to be able to best assess your complaint. Your statutory rights are not affected. We cannot accept returned goods or claims for goods ordered in error, due to their perishable nature.

Data Protection:
All personal data we collect from you will be used exclusively for the purposes of our relationship, we reserve the right to store this data digitally. Your details will be held securely, in confidence, and never disclosed to any third party without your express permission.
