Finclass is a family run butcher business, known and trusted by some of London’s finest restaurants. We were the first butcher in Smithfield market to specialise in supplying the catering industry back in 1994, when most hotels still had their own in house butcher.

We noticed a growing need for better produce and more professional cuts as chefs became more innovative with their recipes.

We built Finclass’ reputation by promoting British produce and sourcing the best quality beef, lamb, pork and poultry from mainly British farms. Our selection of meat, game and poultry has been chosen by top London chefs for years. We build long-lasting partnerships with our customers based on the consistent quality of our produce and exceptional service.

Over the years we have mastered the art of ageing beef using our state of the art maturation chillers. We produce cuts to a high specification and deliver to our discerning Michelin star chefs.
