We’ve been supplying many of London’s most-loved restaurants with high quality, grass fed and organic meat for over 25 years. Just recently, we decided that it wasn’t fair to only offer our naturally farmed, well-butchered cuts only to restaurants. So we’ve opened up shop to you too. We’re a family run, London based butchery and we’re more than happy to chat should you need help decided which cuts are best for you.

Our beef comes from British heritage breeds reared in surrey, Hampshire and Cornwall. We only work with farmers who use traditional farming methods where the cattle are grass fed in the summer and fed silage during the winter months.

All of our top quality, free range pork comes from the Middlewhite breed, also known as the ‘London Porker’. Our pork is reared using traditional farming methods in Suffolk and Norfolk.

All of our chicken is free range and the farms are Red Tractor certified. Most of our chicken comes from Norfolk and Suffolk but we also sell a selection that comes from France which is also free range.

Our veal is milk fed and comes from Holland. We only buy from the most reputable farms which meat our incredibly animal high welfare standards.

Our lamb comes from a sturdy Texel breed cross. All of our lamb is grass fed, free range and is reared using traditional farming methods on the pastures of Dorset, Wales and Shropshire.

Our seasonal cuts include our Norfolk Bronze Turkeys which are free range, roaming outdoors from 8 weeks and slow grown using traditional farming methods.
