Finclass beef is sourced from British heritage breeds reared in Surrey, Cornwall, Scotland and the Welsh Valleys. We work with farmers who use traditional farming methods where the cattle are grass fed in the summer and fed silage during the winter months. Our beef is matured on the bone in our state of the art maturation chamber for a minimum of 30 days.
